Starting from a paired house without any refurbishment from the 80s and with an unattractive façade, we were commissioned to design and execute this very personal project in Madrid. The challenge was to transform an old house into something new and attractive for later sale. The Technical Team of InOff Architecture, changed the space configuration integrating all the spaces and changing the façade with a SATE system and quality carpentries that significantly improve the thermal conditions of the building.
