The Aravaca Homes project was no easy task. Apparently, the development of such a large project should not pose many complications; however, in this case, since it was subject to the NZ1 regulation issued by the PGOUM (Madrid’s urban planning general plan), the aesthetic conditions and the subsequent approval by Madrid’s City Council Heritage Committee turned this project into a new challenge for InOff Arquitectura technical team. Finally, the Heritage Committee approved all the requests made by the architects in our team only one month and a half later.
