The challenge for our technical team was to transform a poorly maintained space, with a complicated structure, no refurbishments whatsoever and a poor distribution. InOff Arquitectura technical team focused on creating a distribution that would allow access to the building’s downpipes according to regulations and making such distribution attractive from a real estate standpoint. The work turned out to be successful, since the house was sold only a few weeks after this project was completed.
