The huge challenge posed by the change in use of this office building located at the junction of Portomarín and Hospital de Órbigo in the neighbourhood of Las Tablas in Madrid, and which InOff Arquitectura technical team had to face, was to compile the various needs of our Client within an open-plan, versatile space. The result of such a challenge is clear in view of the commercial success of Fit Island gym.
