This house located in the neighbourhood of Salamanca, Madrid, which belonged to an older-age person, was purchased by its owner and presented to InOff Arquitectura’s team. The challenge was to transform a space to be lived only by two tenants into another one where the spaces for the youngest members of the house was essential. With an excessively long hallway, our technical team decided to “cut” the kitchen wall to allow merging the kitchen space with the hallway with a crystal panel in order to reduce distances.
