The tax, accounting and labour advisory services firm located in Madrid entrusted us with the design and execution of their new offices, at Pº de la Castellana 137 (Cuzco III building). The space had been previously refurbished by the previous owner, and the works had been performed a long time ago, so the big challenge in this project undoubtedly was the aesthetic improvement of a space degraded by the passage of time and the lack of maintenance of its finishings and fixtures. The end result undoubtedly meets the eye especially when compared to the condition that the space was in before the works were performed.
