This office, located in Tetuán, a neighbourhood in Madrid, was subject to various factors which made the completion of the works practically impossible. The expertise of InOff Arquitectura technical team successfully performed this co-working and business centre project.

The initial idea always was to create easy-to-use spaces combined with multidisciplinary open spaces and other hot-desk areas; the plug and work model was the leitmotif of this design.

The result, after fully demolishing the former finishings, turned out to be so nice that the spaces were fully taken within one month and a half.
