The merger of IBERKABA and DORMA resulted in the need of having more space. The InOff Arquitectura technical team, which had previously collaborated with IBERKABA in its office implementation, was in charge of developing and executing the project for its new offices in Madrid.

The challenge was not only merging companies, but two business models and working styles, supplementary but different at the same time.
