ERV, which shared the space with Eurocenter, was occupying an office which space was not properly being used, so it hired our firm’s services to analyse how to make an efficient use of such space.

In conducting such study on the space, InOff Arquitectura technical team was able to reduce the space used practically in half, generating savings not only in connection with rental but with energy consumption. Since then, our technical team focused its efforts on enhancing the visual image of the new offices with an end result that speaks for itself.
