As a result of the successful experience in connection with the office at Paseo de los Recoletos, Intermundial entrusted InOff Arquitectura technical team with the refurbishing of the three joint apartments at Irún street, in the municipality of Madrid.

It was not an easy challenge because part of the company’s staff stayed there and we had to work with the Client staying there. Our firm’s technical team in charge of executing the projects created an execution planning schedule which included moving workers who were still working at the office and which comprised various stages.

The end result of the project is obvious. A more residential space which now has an attractive and functional appearance where light and nature prevail.
