LCR is a mobile telephone company which had recently acquired a real property in Ciudad de la Imagen with a complex use, since this is a very specific denomination only existing in the municipality of Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid.

Our challenge was to change the image of this nice building to include all of this company’s offices, respecting the initial project idea devised by the architect who designed the building, and combining it with the project developed by our technical team. All this with a limited budget, as the building itself had consumed almost all the resources earmarked for implementation.
