The first challenge with which the InOff Arquitectura Technical Team was found, was without any doubt, the installation of the fire place and the chimney; since it was necessary to act on the roof of the building as there was no previous installation.

Later and entering into matter, the continent was not the most appropriate, since we were acting in an old building with obsolete installations and no plans to detect them.

Finally, the part which provoke the biggest effort for our Team, was the beautiful design of the kitchen, a fundamental element over which the rest of the Project pivoted.
