The project of Pedroñeras street was not easy: the change in the NZ3 regulation required InOff Arquitectura technical team to make their best effort. The use of the building for office purposes (from its initial inception at the beginning of the seventies), combined with the abovementioned change in regulations, made the change in use practically infeasible. Our technical team made it and obtained final approval by conducting a binding urban planning survey and subsequently receiving the construction permit. The basic execution submitted by our technical team, which had a great visual impact and entailed an optimum internal reorganization for accommodating 10 houses of various types, turned out to be essential for succeeding in selling the promotion.
